GGT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q2, IFNA2, and TAS2R41. Each is linked with GGT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT7-to-partner and partner-to-GGT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9Q2 grouped by GGT7-low versus GGT7-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
