GGT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 763 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGTA, TIMM44, and ANKMY2. Each is linked with GGT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT1-to-partner and partner-to-GGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGTA grouped by GGT1-low versus GGT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
