GGT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,491 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENND4B, USP13, and MYH9. Each is linked with GGT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT1-to-partner and partner-to-GGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DENND4B grouped by GGT1-low versus GGT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
