GGNBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGNBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGNBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, BUB3, and TAF15. Each is linked with GGNBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGNBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GGNBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GGNBP2 versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGNBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGNBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
