GGCX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGCX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGCX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELA2A, CNBD1, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with GGCX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGCX-to-partner and partner-to-GGCX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELA2A grouped by GGCX-low versus GGCX-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGCX→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGCX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
