GGCT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGCT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-15P, RNU1-17P, and MIR513B. Each is linked with GGCT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGCT-to-partner and partner-to-GGCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-15P grouped by GGCT-low versus GGCT-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
