GGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with GGA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGA2-to-partner and partner-to-GGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by GGA2-low versus GGA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
