GFRA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,418 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT3, ARHGAP31_T237, and PPP1R18_S308. Each is linked with GFRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 versus NUDT3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
