Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFRA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 259 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GFRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA3, ZNF142, and KRBA1. Each is linked with GFRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGA3 grouped by GFRA4-low versus GFRA4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
