Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFRA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GFRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH20, OR52K1, and ASPN. Each is linked with GFRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH20 grouped by GFRA4-low versus GFRA4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
