Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GFRA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GFRA3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher GFRA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GFRA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, OV, and STAD are the cancer types where GFRA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
