GFRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, RNU6-1299P, and RN7SL305P. Each is linked with GFRA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP286 grouped by GFRA2-low versus GFRA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
