GFRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-b-II_pS660, ATM, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with GFRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-b-II_pS660 grouped by GFRA2-low versus GFRA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
