GFRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Eg5_9814, JAK_8517, and 50869. Each is linked with GFRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Eg5_9814 grouped by GFRA2-low versus GFRA2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
