GFPT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFPT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,782 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFPT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H4, C1R, and C1S. Each is linked with GFPT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFPT2-to-partner and partner-to-GFPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFPT2 versus P3H4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
