GFPT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFPT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,483 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFPT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NNMT, FAP, and FKBP10. Each is linked with GFPT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFPT2-to-partner and partner-to-GFPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFPT2 versus NNMT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
