GFPT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAF1, RNA5SP511, and MCAT. Each is linked with GFPT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFPT2-to-partner and partner-to-GFPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAF1 grouped by GFPT2-low versus GFPT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
