GFPT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAT8B, IFNA7, and ACER1. Each is linked with GFPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFPT2-to-partner and partner-to-GFPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAT8B grouped by GFPT2-low versus GFPT2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
