Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with GFOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFOD2-to-partner and partner-to-GFOD2 results are reported.
