GFOD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,266 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSKH1, SLC7A6OS, and DYNC1LI2. Each is linked with GFOD2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFOD2-to-partner and partner-to-GFOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFOD2 versus PSKH1 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
