GFOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, CPLX3, and RNA5SP478. Each is linked with GFOD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFOD1-to-partner and partner-to-GFOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by GFOD1-low versus GFOD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
