Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFOD1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,967 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFOD1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM114A2, FAM114A1, and ACBD3. Each is linked with GFOD1-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFOD1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-GFOD1-AS1 results are reported.
