GFM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,181 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCA, SCAMP1, and MSH2. Each is linked with GFM2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFM2-to-partner and partner-to-GFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFM2 versus TBCA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
