GFM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,846 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYDE1, GLIS3, and BICC1. Each is linked with GFM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFM2-to-partner and partner-to-GFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFM2 versus SYDE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
