Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,906 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GFM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translational termination, 7-methylguanosine RNA capping, and Regulation of centriole replication. Each is linked with GFM2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFM2-to-partner and partner-to-GFM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Translational termination grouped by GFM2-low versus GFM2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
