GFM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, FoxM1, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with GFM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFM1-to-partner and partner-to-GFM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by GFM1-low versus GFM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
