The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GFI1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GFI1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where GFI1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
