GFI1B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFI1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFI1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3J, IL17F, and GJD2. Each is linked with GFI1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFI1B-to-partner and partner-to-GFI1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFI1B versus EIF3J in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFI1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFI1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
