GFI1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFI1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFI1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, IGFBP2, and Notch1. Each is linked with GFI1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFI1B-to-partner and partner-to-GFI1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by GFI1B-low versus GFI1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFI1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFI1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
