Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFI1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,219 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GFI1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, and Establishment of protein localization to organelle. Each is linked with GFI1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFI1B-to-partner and partner-to-GFI1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by GFI1B-low versus GFI1B-high in CNS.
