GFI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP72, RNU6-497P, and KRTAP4-16. Each is linked with GFI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFI1-to-partner and partner-to-GFI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP72 grouped by GFI1-low versus GFI1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
