GFI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,080 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGAT4A, SLC36A4, and HELB. Each is linked with GFI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFI1-to-partner and partner-to-GFI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFI1 versus MGAT4A in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
