GFI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSHB, OR13C4, and NXF5. Each is linked with GFI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFI1-to-partner and partner-to-GFI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSHB grouped by GFI1-low versus GFI1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
