GET4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GET4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,044 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GET4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC1, TBRG4, and C7orf50. Each is linked with GET4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GET4-to-partner and partner-to-GET4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GET4 versus RAC1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GET4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GET4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
