GET4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GET4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GET4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK8P1, RNU6-1096P, and RN7SKP247. Each is linked with GET4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GET4-to-partner and partner-to-GET4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK8P1 grouped by GET4-low versus GET4-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GET4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GET4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
