GET3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GET3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,177 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GET3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC130, MRPL4, and WDR83. Each is linked with GET3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GET3-to-partner and partner-to-GET3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GET3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GET3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
