GEN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GEN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS2, NXF5, and LRFN5. Each is linked with GEN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEN1-to-partner and partner-to-GEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPHS2 grouped by GEN1-low versus GEN1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
