Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GEMIN7P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GEMIN7P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher GEMIN7P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GEMIN7P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and OV show a favorable association.

DLBC, STAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where GEMIN7P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
