Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GEMIN7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GEMIN7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher GEMIN7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GEMIN7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, SARC, and LUSC are the cancer types where GEMIN7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
