GEMIN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, SMCO4, and TIMM22. Each is linked with GEMIN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN6-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by GEMIN6-low versus GEMIN6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
