GEMIN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRRS1, AZI2, and COX11. Each is linked with GEMIN5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN5-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRRS1 grouped by GEMIN5-low versus GEMIN5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
