GEMIN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL16, YWHAE, and TSR1. Each is linked with GEMIN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN4-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN4 versus METTL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
