GEMIN2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,341 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Protein localization to mitochondrion, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with GEMIN2P2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN2P2-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial gene expression grouped by GEMIN2P2-low versus GEMIN2P2-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
