Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GEMIN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GEMIN2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher GEMIN2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GEMIN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where GEMIN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
