GEMIN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDHD1, GINS1, and CDKN3. Each is linked with GEMIN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN2-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN2 versus WDHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
