GEM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEM-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFR2, XRCC1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with GEM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEM-to-partner and partner-to-GEM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VEGFR2 grouped by GEM-low versus GEM-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
