Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GDPGP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GDPGP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher GDPGP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GDPGP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
KICH, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where GDPGP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
