GDPD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,024 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NES, CNN3, and PPM1F. Each is linked with GDPD5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD5-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDPD5 versus NES in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
