GDPD5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRDC3, CPN1, and NUTM2F. Each is linked with GDPD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD5-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDPD5 versus ARRDC3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
