GDPD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,628 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOLA2P3, CHRM3-AS1, and LRP5L. Each is linked with GDPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDPD2 versus BOLA2P3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
